Take your cooking to the next level with the SteamRoast oven. How? Traditional oven heat is enhanced by the introduction of steam. So not only are meats crisp and golden outside, but thanks to the gentle flavour-preserving nature of steam, they are also succulent and full of flavour on the inside.
Food probe - precise cooking, great results
Food probe monitors the core temperature of food to keep meat succulent and juicy.
SoftClosing - Gently does it
The oven's hinge design slows down the door when closing so with just a gentle push it'll softly close by itself.
Pro Cleaning
High temperature pyrolytic cleaning burns away oven grease and grime for easy cleaning, without any need for water or chemicals. Simply set the pyro program and wipe the oven clean afterwards. The oven door is also triple-glazed to remain cool-to-the-touch, even when pyro cleaning at 480°C. A layer of reflective glass directs heat back into oven, while an extra layer provides additional heat resistance.
